Dr. Bill Bailey is a graduate of Life Christian University, with a Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. in Theology. He also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting, Printmaking and Photography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  He has been an ordained minister since 1977.  Dr. Bailey has served as pastor of several churches, served as an itinerant Bible teacher with a radio broadcast called "The Spirit of Faith Broadcast", and was founder and President of the North Carolina Fellowship of Word Ministries.  He was also a charter member (chartered in 1979) of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM.)

Currently, Dr. Bill teaches the uncompromising Word of Faith message as Academic Dean of Faith & Victory Christian University and as a minister at Faith & Victory Church in Greensboro, NC.  He also travels and ministers the word as opportunities present themselves.  He hosts the Spirit of Faith Podcast, a weekly teaching ministry program available by free subscription, click HERE for more information.

Dr. Belinda Bailey is also a graduate of Life Christian University, with a Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. in Theology.  She also has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Math with a specialization in Computer Science.  She is an able teacher of the Word of God, and has a special emphasis on the Love of God in her teaching!  She teaches our son, Benjamin, at home, as well as serving as Administrative Dean and a professor at Faith & Victory Christian University in Greensboro, NC.
